Welcome to our website and thank you for giving us an opportunity to introduce our new aluminum foam composite technology. This breakthrough technology allows us to produce a new type of composite, one that will revolutionize the metal industry worldwide. We have just entered our start up phase and we are very excited about our company's prospects for the future, as we begin the challenging task of building our first production facility to be completed by the end of 2007.

Over the past year we have achieved important milestones in the development of our technology, products, business strategy and continue to make significant progress in all aspects of our business development. We are proud of the fact that the National Research Council of Canada TPC Program has granted our project technical approval and has qualified it for financial assistance. The United States has already issued a Patent on our technology thus securing our intellectual property. Canada and Europe are expected to do the same in the coming months.

Potential applications for aluminum foam are numerous and the company plans an aggressive promotional and sales development campaign over the next few years. Our marketing strategy is to target the transportation, construction, and military/armored vehicle sectors to promote the benefits and advantages of using our products. We are in the process of identifying key distributors who are ready to work with us to identify and develop applications in areas where our materials can offer significant advantages over conventional materials.

Our priority at this time is to actively seek strategic partners, collaborators and distributors both in North America and Europe. Together, we will incorporate our aluminum foam composites in niche applications for the benefit and progress of various industries in diverse marketplaces.
